Nepal should sell the 'Tilganga model' to rest of the world: Experts

After the prestigious Magsaysay award was conferred on Dr. Sanduk Ruit, a Nepali ophthalmologist who is also the director of Tilganga Eye care center, experts say Nepal should now come forward to sell the 'Tilganga model' as a sustainable health care model to the rest of the world.

If it is for the good of the people, something that will help the poor and the needy world wide, why sell and look for profit? Why not give away and generate good will?

Are we Nepalis just capable of take take take and have no concept whatsoever of give?
