I guess CIAA will never catch our corrupt leaders. Soon these leaders’ illegally amassed wealth will be legal. Thanks to newly brought regulation by the parliament. I guess, we will see Khadka, Joshi, Wagle and Gupta in political spectrum for long!

abodh is right. Where do you start from ? CIAA chief of Govinda Raj Joshi ? How can thief catch thief ? Thief always helps other thief.
