lets take some guesses.
what could they have discussed about?

in my opinion king may be trying to convince pm not to tax him, or let him keep the army so that he can fk up us again. girija babu .. dont fall for his trick, think about nepali sentiment. bottomline ....... he ought to go. king has been regarded as vishnu for so long, but now its time for him to go back to baikuntha where he belongs and leave nepali juntas to run the country for good. he can take his luxmi and his danav son with him.
time has come for him to leave .. bail out. bolt .. from Nepal.
daju bhai didi bahini lets stand for it.

this janandolan is not complete until we beat his arse so bad that he need to borrow somebody's arse to do shit.

My guess is:

King: Congratulation! I'm getting advice that I should immediately leave Nepal. your opinion?
PM: Thank you! I think I can save protect you with the Nepal Army. But you need to be careful(i.e. behave yourself!)
King:What about my heir?
PM: Ask Paras if he still wants to be the king?
King: Should I go on exile!
PM: Sure! That's the perfect scenario. Most people, including Testdirector, wants to keep Himani in Nepal, though!
