oh yeah they should change the mantralaya to "Bibhag" ie ministry to department mantry (the word) is a sad reminder of nepal being a kingdom

Good thought birbhadra...if there is no king there is no mantri...they should be secretary and the mantralaya should be department. That is a great idea!
