After reading so many postings spewing communal hatred, let us all make a solemn pledge by promising that from today onwards, we will not judge another Nepali based on his or her caste.
Nepal now belongs to a new generation like us and this one small way of starting to make difference.

This pledge will be more meaningful because those of us making this pledge will not be doing this to prove it anybody how progressive we are. It wil be a silent pledge to ourselves that no one else will know or need to know. We simply practise it on our own in our daily lives.

So let's all be true to ourseleves and pledge that
" I will not judge another Nepali based on his/her caste, color or creed!"

Please retype the line and repost. This is a promise not to anyone else but to our own conscience that we practise quietly, unassumingly everyday. I hope I will see thousands of reposts...Let's light a small fire today that will slowly consume hatred that exists in our society....
