Birkhe, if you are following law the 1040 NR EZ or 1040 NR. If not 1040. legally F1 students are not allowed to work off campus. If you have earning out campus you may file other than 1040NR EZ and accordingly for state (Again if you want to follow law).

guys, by mistake I filled 1040 instead of 1040NR. What might be the consequences later when i start filing tax once i get into H1? Please suggest, I am really anxious?
