why does the American envoy James F Moriarty incessantly urge us that there is no military solution to the problem in Nepal? If there is none, why doesn’t his own government try negotiating with the Al Qaeda?

The king is refusing to accept peace, this is mad, this is nepal, how can he ignore chances, of peace, does this correspondent want American guns to shell Nepa to pieces, and reduce is to a holocaust as the mad king yne wants
