Rule of Law in Nepal since the takeover has been a Hobson's Choice. There is no Democracy.

Hahahahahaha, I am guessing Billy Pusateri just read the statement made by former US ambassador to Nepal, Julia Chang Bloch. From KOL: Indicting the king of breaching the Constitution of 1990, Bloch further said, "What we need is the sovereignty of the people, and not the king's," adding, "Asking the people to choose between him and the Maoists is actually a Hobson's choice." Hobson's Choice is something akin to "mero goru ko bisai takka" or "khaye kha, nakhaye ghich" or basically, lack of any alternative besides the one offered.
