Crown Prince leaves for Riyadh

Crown Prince Paras has left for Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, Wednesday morning to express condolences on behalf of His Majesty on the demise of King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud.

According to a notice issued by the secretariat of His Majesty the King, the Crown Prince is returning home on Friday.

Meanwhile, King Gyanendra Tuesday condoled King Fahd?s death. In the condolence message, HM has stated that he was shocked by the sad news and that Nepal lost a well-wisher and a good friend.

To mourning the death of the Saudi Arabian King, the government has decided to hoist the national flag at half mast at all government offices in the country and at its diplomatic missions abroad on Wednesday and Thursday. nepalnews.com pd Aug 03 05
