Nepali Natak: Scenario 1: Being fed up with nepali politics, GIRIJA babu (nepali congress) files for DV lottery and ..... ....and...BINGO..... he GETS it..... He goes to the US embassy to file for his visa processing..... .....and damn..... ..he gets REJECTED......................... Can anyone guess here why he is rejected by US embassy ???? Plz post view...I may have surprising, but simple answer for you!!!!!!!! :) PS: Volunteers who can guess about how the conversation goes on between GIRIJA Babu and US Embassy councelor during this interview, Plz post your comments also..

I guess, you are talking about his academics (qualification). I guess u need to have at least high school degree, and i think he does not have that.. but i think he has honorary doctoral degrees from Indian universities Nut
