 Nepal TPS decision

I think today is the last day to announce what will happen with the TPS for Nepal. What will happen if it's not done by COB today? Will there be an automatic 6 months extension? Ki June 24 pachi yehi bhayo bhane Salvador pathaidine re?

Over ta huncha, I get it. Just asking annoucement aaja bhayena bhane chai k huncha bhanera? Legally, 60 days agadi announce garena bhane 6 months badhna parne ho. Ki ta yo admin lai yesma ni kanoon lagdaina?

Yes Shani as per the rule if the announcement is not done by 60 days before the expiration, it should automatically extend for 6 months.

Not sure if this admin is following the rules

Looks like they are not following the guidelines for extensions nor orderly transition. Afgan recent beneficiary of TPS is set to expire May 20th no formal orderly transition period given yet.
