Does anyone know what happens when they let it expire? How long is the grace period and is the work authorization extended for the grace period?

Jude le block garna ko lagi lawsuit file garnu paryo ni. Not sure if Adhikar team is brining up any lawsuit but we have come together to save TPS yarr. I know so many of us are able to work and provide support for our families back in Nepal due to TPS.

Per the rule 60 days agadi decision garena bhane 6 months auto extension hunu parne ho but not sure if this administration is following those rule.

Re- stay from a judge, I seriously doubt this time. They can make convincing argument (esp. about Nepal) even to the most liberal judge on why it should be terminated. I wouldn't bet on having a stay order from a judge this time.

Look guys i know everybody here is anxious abt the TPS.This thing is going to end no matter what people say.Tps end announce hune bitikae lawsuit file huncha then we get maybe a year or 2 year samma extension huncha n by the time court ko pani faisala aaucha to end bhanera n thats the end.Dont expect it to go long like before in the court.Chadae pani aauna sakcha faisala.So prepare urself for the best.

Aba court le bhaneko ni manna chodi sake. Court le kehi ni gardaina. Don't be too optimistic this time. They are looking to make an example out of some countries right now. Salvador janu bhanda Nepal jana ramro huncha hola. South Sudan ko ta sabai visa ra status cancel gardi sakyo. South Sudan le deport gareko firta linna bhaneko bhara. TPS ni parcha tesma ta.
