Hi keta keti haru,
I have applied for US Visa interview for my parent long time ago, and have interview schedule next month. but i am not able to access portal.ustraveldocs.com site anymore to view/edit the scheduled US Visa interview.
Does anyone know why we are not able to access to above website. Is that banned to access out of the Nepal?

I see below message when trying to login to my account.
"The owner of this website (portal.ustraveldocs.com) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website."

typically if you visit the said portal often or refresh it often, they system takes you as threat and block you for certain period of time. remedy is dont visit/ refresh the portal often. or try use vpn and change the continent .

Portal was migrated to new site, you need to re-register again with same account. FB post from Embassy has info.
