Hi everyone, What's the cheapest way to rent a car for daily use in the process of buying a car? Is using car insurance such as AAA can give better deals, and pros and cons. Please share your thoughts.

Try Autoslash/CostcoAutorental or Budget rental with Amazon if you have prime. Research if your credit card provides insurance, no need to get rental insurance.

Thanks to all! @Maxpayne great advice! I heard Costco has better deals. I need to compare prices. Apparently, Costco has different membership types. I am wondering if it matters what type of membership I have from Costco, Gold or Enterprise. Costco sounds like a good plan because it also allows to cancel at anytime.
I don't have a Costco or prime. It seems I will need to buy one of them.
