 Attestation process from Embassy of Nepal process, please help

Hello Everyone, has anyone gone thru this process? if so can you help me with the process and how to make it easy? I really appreciate your help.

Required Documents: Duly filled in application form (Download Form HERE).

Original documents and it’s copy. Q) what does this mean?

Copy of Citizenship Certificate. Attested copies (with seal and signature) of the original documents from Department of Consular Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Proof of U.S. Status. Verification Letter. (For Driving License only) Passport of the applicant and it’s copy. Self-addressed prepaid return envelope with tracking number. (Not Required for Self Pickup) In case of documents issued from the US agencies, please follow the below-mentioned steps before sending your documents to authenticate it from the Embassy: First Step: Notarize your document from a notary public

Second Step: Authenticate your document from the Office of the Secretary of State of the concerned state from which the document was issued. Q) what does this mean?

Third Step: Authenticate your document from the Office of Authentications of the US Department of State. Visit the link below for the procedures to be followed to authenticate your documents from the Office of Authentications Q) what does this mean?
