Nearly 100 Organizations Join ADC in Demanding TPS/DED for Palestinians This resulted in a letter led by Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL), Representative Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), and Representative Jan Schakowsky (D-IL), which was signed by over 20 Senators and over 80 Representatives. after careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily hold off on pursuing the re-designation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Nepal. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and reevaluate the matter at an appropriate time.

@techlife123- It's about RE-DESIGNATION meaning many other Nepali entered the US after 2015 and by the time they announce re-designation can apply for TPS.
