Hello friends - I have applied for TPS travel document and waiting for it. I was stopped at the airport and after claiming asylum, they let me go for filing asylum in the court. The case is administratively closed because of the TPS.
Has anyone travelled to Nepal in this scenario? Also, my passport was kept by the government when they stopped me at the airport. How can we create Nepali passport without the old one? I also lost my Nepali citizenship card. Can we get any document for one way travel to Nepal? I will be able to get all the documents in Nepal if I can travel. Does anyone have experience with this scenario?
