PCR tests are no longer needed for travel to the US. CCMC form is not needed either from July 28, 2022.

You may need to show proof of vaccination. In case you are not vaccinated for any reason, you will need to produce a negative PCR report.

If your family was vaccinated in Nepal and need to travel to the US, they need to convert their local vaccination card into a digital one issued by the Ministry of Health and Population. It normally takes 1-3 days to acquire one. Please make sure that your passport information is entered in the digital card. Failure to convert to a digital card can result in denied boarding by the airline. For more information, please visit https://vaccine.mohp.gov.np/verification-info. Alternatively, you can call our 24*7 call center at 202-552-1508 or 01-597-0995 if you are in Nepal, and we can answer your questions.

What if you are vaccinated in USA? Do you need to convert that CDC vaccine card into digital in Nepal before coming to USA?
