I read an article few days ago that mentioned that policy makers in Delhi refer Nepali leaders as Hillbilly. I couldn't find that article today. However, what do you think? Do Nepali leaders behave like Hillbilly? Hillbilly is deragoratory term for rural people who are backward.

Here is the link for Hillbilly defination from Wikipedia.

Hillbilly is similar to “Pakhe “ in Nepali. It is a derogatory term but should be reclaimed.

I am proud to call myself “pakhe “ since our family comes from hilly area of Nepal.
