TPS questions A.  Have you been granted TPS based on being from one of these countries: El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen?  Yes  - Go to Question B No - STOP B:  Have you been physically present for at least three years?  Yes- Go to Question C No- STOP  C:  Did you have TPS on January 1, 2017, or were you eligible for TPS but failed to register timely for           TPS on January 1, 2017?  Yes- Go to Question D  No-STOP  D: Have you engaged in any conduct since January 1, 2017, that would render you ineligible for TPS?  Yes- Talk to your attorney No-  Good Luck!!!
