Hi guys,

What are the most important places to make sure to change the address after moving?

1) USPS change of address
2) USCIS (Can I call them? or what's the fastest or most effective way to do it)
3) University for SEVIS as well
4) Driver's License
5) For car (Is there a separate way to do it)
6) Banks
7) Phone
Anything else?

Please let me know what would you do?

NONE of those listed agencies would NOT put you in jeopardy if you miss a letter from them.

But IRS tax notice, stimulus check, tax return check which Postal service never forward to your new address can make you cry for months if you don't change right away with them.

Sometimes IRS sends notices which must respond within 30 days, which can get you in a hefty penalty to pay if you don't receive it within a time frame.

Call them now.

Good luck!!
