Can it be mere coincidence? NCP fight was going on for sometime as we know. And, farmers are surrounding Delhi for few weeks. Not only that they were intensifying their protest in the last few days. Nepali leaders were certainly aware of this. And, we all know Delhi's interference in Nepali politics for many decades now. Since Delhi's hands are tied right now with farmer's protest, they probably won't be able to interfere in Nepali politics at this time.

Oli, Nepal and Deuba are the politicians of the past. It is evident from Oli's move to dissolve parliament as Girija did after 2047 elections when the congress had the majority. At that time, bahuns and chettris were involved in politics as most of the other ethnic people didn't care about politics. However, that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. In the modern time, it seems Baburam is an idea man while Prachanda is an executioner. I believe these two men will be active in Nepali politics once again after this fallout. I don't see anyone else with vision and understanding to deal with this situation right now.

I was curious of the timing of the house dissolution when Delhi is surrounded by the farmers. Now, it makes sense! The CCP team is coming to Nepal on 4 day visit. One thing Nepali leaders know very well is how to play China card or India card.
