 Where to buy land in nepal?

I don't know if I'm lucky or unlucky but I almost lost everything in share . By the grace of God I only lost around 300.now all saving I have in my life I wanna invest in land in nepal .I have around 50 k ? Where should I buy land in nepal with 50- 60 k so it's good investment for my children .I dnt make very good money and for me every penny counts . Please dnt advise .me to buy stock when it's low n make huge profits . I simply don't wanna hear . I have family to look after . 2 lil kids
