Hello Guys,
Need a help here! I am currently in TPS and just filed my family based green card last month. My question is since I filed for a green card do I still need to renew my tps since current EAD is only valid if you are going to renew your TPS or I can simply wait for the EAD from my green card . Would that make me out of status if I don’t renew my tps ? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks

This applies to me as well. The situation is as follows:
I am in TPS status currently and married to a US citizen last year. I filed for change of status based on family member (spouse) of US citizen. The form I submitted are I -130, I - 485, I -131 and others. I went for bio-metrics couple of days ago. Now my question is, will I be out of status if I do not apply for TPS renewal? Or If I file for TPS renewal, is it gonna be issue to my change of status application?
Sam has same situation like mine.

Any idea/suggestion would be highly appreciated.
