Even if they pass a dream act my guess is that they will only pass it for dreamers but not for TPS. current administration is trying to end all TPS as much as they can but surely Nepal will get extension at least 2 times.

To benefit from the Dream Act, one has to be in the US before they are 18 years old. Just having TPS is not sufficient.

They terminated tps for elsalvador this morning granting them 18 months to leave

I still believe they will extend for Nepal as the situation back home is not recovered yet.
