Hello Guys,
I am thinking of buying a house in dallas possibly Carrollton, Plano or Colony area. I wanted to know if anyone had good experience with any real state agent and mortgage brokers? Could you share your experience, and if there is anything that I need to be careful?
About my situtation, I had taken preapproval few months ago but had to postpone it till now. Currently, I do not have much money to put it down, so am thinking of putting around 4% and use FHA or regular mortgage if qualified (mortgage broker told me that I was qualified in similar situation few months ago). I have good paying job, married (wife started job earlier this month) and decent credit score (770-800).

@tesko_baje I am looking at both options, lately been more inclined to newly constructed house.
@chinday: yes, my initial thought was same but real state in plano/ carrollton/ colony area keeps going up because of new companies coming in the area. Toyota came, now Boeing investing 3 billion in the area, its hard to see real state going down. Also, in my opinion interest will keep on going up unless there is a financial crisis again.
Trump le dubauchha economy bhanera darr lagethyo but looks like its safe for now (never know when he can screw it up lol)
