I think you ate too many things in one day and your body took it as foreign obeject. In simple word the body is rejecting the food you ate. One of my distance cousin had never used pan, we had one and within half an hour he had severe upset stomach and diarrhea.

Once i was there with my wife, for some hot steam momo. After couple of pieces of momo's inside my stomach, my tounge felt somethng sharp with the momo soup, i rolled it out of my mouth an showed it to the server, she was like whatever, right after that we walked out the restaurant but not before paying for the worst momo ever in US or in nepal. Nepali restaurant in DFW areas are the worst restaurant. there employess or server will welcome u without smile on their face, i know u r student and u r tired but i am not in a restaurant to look at ur sad face, smile u know. Poor customer service at everest, himalayan. they smell like few rats has died in their walls. they never have whatever they advertise on the menu. we should be complaining about these bad business practices of nepali restaurant to texas helath and human services and close their business. i wont do that because i know they are trying to make some money as immigrant but dont test a customers limit.

Thopa: your mouth and stomach felt something sharp ? Is it hot sharp or piece bone's sharpness?if it was from Hot sharp then you could not handle chilli , next time please order mild. And if it is sharp bone your statement about your stomach and smells rates died inside the wall is fishy to me. Every restaurant must fulfill city/ state rules , inspections are done routinely otherwise will loose business license and it may not fulfill your standard.

One thing for sure: Dallas Nepalese restaurants do not maintain their standards. And everest servers do need to work on their attitudes.;)

On Everest's quality (of food, service) I have vowed not to go to there any more or any other restaurants for that matter. BTW, I used to be a regular customer at Everest.

and some of these people are the ones who worked in Gas Station cursing/swearing using phones while customers are in. Ignorance sure is a bliss.

I second quality on quality of Nepali Resturant in DFW area. Despite having decent size community and people who go to resturant , quality of resturant is horrible . I wish DFW have better Nepali resturant .
