get a HELOC or try a credit union if they have any personal loan... or try something like lending club.. i have lent money to others on it before..

Try Discover or Capital One. I used to get (its been almost a year though) frequent pre-approval letters for upto 50K personal loan. Rate used to be 7.5%-13% depending on terms of loan.

Apply Chase Slate Credit card. 0% APR for 15 Months and 0$ transfer fee. Apply and transfer money to your bank account . pay off all in 15 months. That's what I did last year. Good luck.

If you got good credit score and pretty good pay, try Suntrust Lightstream. You might get approved for unsecured loan and the money will be in your bank in few hours and a great competitive rate.

Dont take out cash from credit card directly. I constantly get offers from credit card. 0% apr for 1 year with 2%-4% fee. Check your offers in your credit card. Another offer i get from bofa is 1.99% apr for 18 months with 2%-4% fee. Or apply citi credit card. They have 0% apr for 2 years i think.
