@guy_tensed - didn't mean to troll your post. I had a friend who took classes at WGU. I know it is accredited but not sure if they issue I-20's (if F1 applies in your case). From the list below, look at their annual tuition fees. Looks like they are legitimately cheap. http://www.onlineu.org/most-affordable-colleges/business
