If you have had Yak Cheese growing up in Nepal, then you know how good the taste is. Until recently, it was not possible to buy it in the US.
But now, we can easily buy it from http://cheesehimalayan.com/
The cheese is imported from Nepal and sold in US grocery markets as well as online!
