Heart related death is soaring. It has 285 % increases from 1990 to 2013.
Most communicable diseases decrease by 50-80% year 1990 to 1913.
Diarrhea and pneumonia are no longer in first or second death rank.
Our disposable income increased and our eating pattern is change dramatically?
What is the major reason?

Thesedays even in kathmandu there are so many fat kids of rich parents. I think it's becoming a fashion to have fat kids because it shows you are rich.
