I knew two people who had done same thing, I don't recall whole thing but they went nepal with Nepali passport even if they got us passport . They came without a problem but I don't know how they did, it was almost 4 years back

Everybody does something as stupid as this, IDK2013. He assumed that he could enter Nepal on a Nepali pp and return back showing his US pp w/o realizing that his stay would be deemed illegal for not possessing a valid visa on his US passport.

Anyway, he'll most likely schedule an appt w/ the embassy first. What makes his situation trickier is his departure (honeymoon) scheduled for next week.

Goddamn how does that even make sense given his situation. First he needs indian visa, for that he needs to go to embassy. He is already in the country illegally. Man think before u talk..
