Hi, Please reply me with the stepwise procedure and documents required to take a lien hold car from USA to Canada. I have PR in canada and wants to move there. I have 2010 Toyota. I went to the website..it was a bit confusing. Thank You

I have other question as well. How does the day count of 3 yrs for citizenship requiremnt for canada works. If I have a PR card with start date of december 2012 and end date of march 2018. Does it backcount 3 yrs back from march 2018 (that is its okay I I come in march 2015) or counts from start date. Pls answer
