Yesterday night we had snow and accumuleted pretty good amount on our cars . It took me about 5-7 minutes for road worthy.
I have to pass by primary school, this is the only place has heavy traffic. I was surprised by the slow traffic on other spot.
One gentleman in a van had cleared snow just about a squrefoot to be able to see through and drive.
Smarty got pulled over was the reason for slow traffic.

In many states in USA, there is a windshield visibility law, specially targeted towards different stickers on the windshield. It ranges from state to state limiting the size of stickers and number. If i am not wrong, its says something like nothing except the rear view mirror shall be attached thats not transparent above 4 and half inches above the bottom of windshield or something like that that obstructs the drivers visibility.
I am pretty sure he was pulled over for that reason. Different state's laws.
