Inviting Parents for Graduation ceremony!!

So far, following are the checklist of documents. Wondering, if scanned documents are fine or I have to mail all the original documents via fedex or DHL to my parents back to Nepal.


Let me know if I have missed any document. Appreciated your relevant suggestion.

1. Cover Letter to consulate -mentioning the reason - graduation ceremony.
2. Employment Verification letter
3. letter of invitation from the university
4. One year tax return ( i assume it's w2)
5. one pay stub
6. copy of h1b
7. copy of proof of relationship (birth certificate)
8. Affidavit of Support
9. One bank statement

I scanned all the documents, made a pdf and sent through email. My parents submitted the printout of the pdf and got the visa last year. No original documents sent.

Copies should be fine. w2 for 2013, and try to send at least 3 paystubs.
