h1b approved this year. yet to be effective on october 1st 2013.
Contract ended with end client as my work authorization cpt ended on september 10 2013.
Even employer(recruting company with whom i was full time and  who filed my h1b which is  yet to be effective on october 1st) ended my employment on the same
day september 10 2013.
 
Now what?
1. Can I find new employer and transfer my h1b? I have all the paystubs on CPT with my current employer who filed my h1b.
2. Can my current employer withdraw/revoke/terminate my approved h1b. If yes, how long it will take to come into effect? Immediately or it will take couple of days? weeks?
   Can I find a new employer in this case and transfer my h1b?
 
Plz suggest?
 
Any Nepali good lawyer who can help me in this case?

 You can definitely find a new employer who is willing to transfer you to their company and so can file for H1B Transfer. They can even file for your H1B Transfer right now, given you have your Approval Notice or atleast Receipt#. You don't even need your pay stub to do this. 

Also, you don't need to inform you H1B petitioner about your transfer plans, once you receive your receipt notice from a new petitioner it won't matter even if they withdraw your petition.
