hey guys, i am filing for my AOS  in about 2 weeks. I was expecting to do this before school starts this fall , which it already did. Since i did not enroll in any classes this fall, will i still be in status until next week? Is that gonna matter, somehow? help garnu paryo janne bujhne haru le?

dude, you haven't even filed for AOS and already stopped going to the class. I don't think you'll be out of status within couple of weeks or until your international student's advisor report about your status. My suggestion would be at least take classes for one semester/quarter while processing your I-485 or talk to your int. advisor if u can take the semester break.

i was very much sure about filing it before school started. i had to wait for some updated documents. i don't think taking a semester break is an option, this late. but thanks for your suggestion sahansil mitra
