Hi guys,

I
am in a situation where my company is willing to file me GC but due to the salary req. I could not file it in EB2 category. But I have heard some cases where peeps have gotten their GC through salary survey even though you don't match the salary req.

Also, my lawyer told me that DOL changed its attitude towards private wage survey. The likelihood of the private wage survey getting selected has decreased significantly compared to last year. Has anyone done the private wage survey in the year 2013? I would be grateful if anyone can put some insight into it.
