I am wondering if one of you on same boat. It has been almost 80 days since I got my EAD and I140 approved, but NO Finger Print Request Received yet.

It was concurrent filing(I140/485) and the service center is Texus. I called USCIS and they said, processing time is around 4 to 5 months, but I see some people on Trackit have already received their Green Card(within 40-50day after getting their EAD).

Please share some thoughts.

In my case it took more than 6 months to get fingerprint, but do call up to request for re-issuing fingerprint order. Once fingerprints were done, it took less than 2 months for 485 approval.

 is someone there , who is waiting Fingerprint or I485 waiting for approval??? Please share your thoughts,,if you have any doubts/information, what can cause the fingerprint delaying??

hey guys,since you guys have already submitted your forms, i have a few questions on form i-130. i am filing i-485 concurrently. on i-130, question no. 18, do i put down my current address? no. 19& 20: do i need to mention my address back home, even though i am already living here ? Your help would be really useful. good luck to you all.
