You do not need to buy anything, find spike dumps for ccna(i do not remember the exact website but its examcollections.com or sth), do all the questions and labs from 9tut.com and watch jeremy ciaora cbtnuggets videos for ccna from torrent, better than reading 800 page book. 100% questions are from the dumps and labs from 9tut

 Do what Darkrequims suggested and also Download cisco packet tracer. You can practice all the commands in this simulator.  Here is the most valid dumps as of right now. Download it, open it on Visual Certexam, practice for atleast two weeks and you are good to go.
