Hi all,

I have a H1B visa and its been few months since i have been here. The company has not made sure that I am permanent and might make me return to Nepal.

even if the company want to make me permanent i want to change my field of work from one field of IT to another field of IT.

I have 2 yrs contract with the company and 3 yrs visa. Is there a way that i can stay in US, even if the company tries to send?

Also i would like to continue my study? Can i join a university with H1B visa or do i need to change it to F1?

Will other companies be willing to sponsore my H1?

thanks.
