Those coming in Diversity Visa are not well educated and skilled as international students. Even DV holders rely on social welfare because of low skills. In contrast, students start well off after completing college. Anyways, who do you support? The bill is going to senate soon. I think they should revise the bill putting a clause for compelling the international students to pay lumpsum money in advance. For instance, if the undergrad total fee is $ 60K. Then, they must pay total in advance. This way government can levy tax on universities, bring home money and eventually reduce deficit. What do you think guys?

dv is bs...u never know who's gonna come to the country, most of them are uneducated, burden to taxpayers
