Every ones know how the indian consultancy get the job and hold the H1 Document. Now i am trying to transfer my H1 to another employer, and that consultancy says that they will not give or provide any information regarding my H1 untill next year, I am trying to find if there is any way to get my H1 document or I-797 form from USCIS, directly to me just my my SSN or my available information?.. Till now the indian consultancy have just told me that i got approved for H1 but i know nothing about my H1. Do any one have any ideas? I really need to get it done so quick. I would appreciate for best suggestion.

Finally found the receipt no. Guys, Do any one know how to request to issue copy of H1 document if i have a receipt no of my H1. and i had checked in USCIS.gov. there is a section call E-file. and does anyone have any idea about E file. I just need to get my copy of I797 document i think thats a H1B document.

You can request it but it will take long time to get the document.
