I am a Software/Java, mainly frontend, developer, working since past 2 yrs via a consultancy. I am in H1b, but wanted to join a fulltime position in relatively larger industry.  I applied few fulltime jobs but I rarely get call back from them. And even if I do, before anything  they ask for work authorzation. I have seen lot of my friends getting lucky through internal reference from their friends, brothers, ex managers. Apparently I am that unclucky one without anything and anyone. I know there are lot of developers here in Sajha. So, what else would be a good place to plead for help than sajha? Therefore if you or your company has a position open, please help me out.
