Why do you need TPS ko EAD? Your employer should be able to do E-verify just with the Federal Notice. I sent the Federal Notice and let my HR to do Everify which saved $$ Last edited: 23-Jul-22 03:19 PM

I need to change jobs. The company that I work for currently has been fine with the federal notice. But I doubt a new employer will be okay with me providing an expired EAD. Again I might be wrong, may be some people have been able to get new work based on Expired EAD+Federal Notice. If anyone has would love their input.

I recently switched jobs, I told my recruiter I got TPS and I sent my TPS docs and the auto extension link USCIS provided, they were ok with that, My EAD was already expired, also I sent my expired EAD for I9 verification also what are the chances of TPS being extended next year ? Coco I didn’t hear good news about Nepal’s tps auto extension beginning 2023. I am active adhikaar member .

I heard TPS will not be extended for Nepal . Since it has hanging in a court for along time now the decision will come out soon for discontinuing TPS for Nepal. Nepals tps is on gods hand now .

Do you have any sources, news, articles about this decision? This statement just sends panic in the TPS community. Is it just Nepal or other countries that have cases still in the courts.... Sources plz.

i dont believe until i see the news or article, if the news is not out by October 31st then they have to extend for sure, but if it comes out before October 31st, hope its a good one, finger cross, so many lives will be fked up if they don't extend it, if they have to cancel TPS, they have to cancel for other countries as well, that's like trying to deport thousands of people at once when they currently need workers in the US, so many Americans arent working front line jobs, they need people, hope court or USCIS realizes that, also for the sake of humanitarian I hope extend it, hopefully!! It will go forever for sure . Since these days there is too much of backlog, they will automatically redesignate it till 06/30/2023.
