The lawsuit alleges that these terminations violate the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) by disregarding country conditions and instead relying on a predetermined political decision to dismantle the TPS program. Looks like it is only filed in California district court. Supreme Court le district court ko nationwide injunction power limit garya cha. Aba tyo court le roke pani teskai jurisdiction ma matrai lagu huncha hola tyo nirnaya. Dherai Khusi huna parne jasto chai kehi dekhdina hai ma chai.

I do not see Adhikaar listed as a plaintiff in this case. The lawsuit is asking for relief only for the named plaintiffs and members of the National TPS Alliance. So even if the court grants an injunction, it would only help those specific people, not anyone from Adhikaar or its members. It also seems that only Nepalese individuals who are members of the National TPS Alliance would receive relief.

Also, the other day the Supreme Court made a decision that supports this idea. It said relief in a case should only go to the people directly involved, not to everyone else.
