Are we sure that TPS for Nepal will be terminated under the Trump admin?

Now that TPS is in the hands of the Trump administration, are we sure that TPS for Nepal is going to be terminated? Is there any hope? Previously, people were protesting, fighting, and going to court, which blocked the termination. However, I don’t see anything like that happening anymore online or anywhere else. Does this mean most people have converted their status from TPS to some other legal status and no longer care? Are people still going to go to court if termination happens, or will they stop fighting, and it will just quietly go away?

Username, legal battles are inevitable because the termination of TPS seems preordained. Ultimately, the courts will have to decide the outcome.

@bhamnepali so you mean to say that termination has already been decided and we can’t stop that anymore? I hope this will still go to court, even if people aren’t actively protesting like they used to…..I just hope they don’t let it slide without fighting, that would suck Last edited: 18-Jan-25 12:45 PM Last edited: 18-Jan-25 12:45 PM
