Nothing has happened to Sai baba. He's going about his business like he has always done. He's getting old. Soon he'll be dead and the Sai team will find the last of the 3 Sai avatars. This 3rd avatar will be known as Prema Sai.

Nothing will happen to Sai. He's too powerful for anybody to touch him.

Shirdhi Sai
Satya Sai
Prema Sai

Sai baba healing people can be considered miracle similar to doctor's doing heart transplant and giving people new life can be considered miracle.

But Sai baba producting matter out of thin air is not miracle, it's magic. Just like an adult can easily fool a kid, adults (especially people who are seeking...) can be easily fooled by powerful people like Sai baba.

Magic helps people become believers quickly. When they see it with their own eyes, they believe it. There is no harm in believing. As I have said before, there is more benefit than loss. Nobody is perfect. People who do not believe are far from perfect. They have their own beliefts that are not true.

I don't know how your logic works... By the way if you are talking about arguments against religion, most of them are against the Abrahamic religions like Christianity, Judaism or Islam. Hindu religion is rarely being attacked in those arguements against God. May be you are not aware of The Aethist Movement.

Further why you have to take offense when someone is saying something about someone else and is providing his logic. I don't believe in Sai Baba as you do. I commend him for generating so much donations and doing some work for poor and needy people so he has done some good using whatever his tricks are but I Don't regard him as God or superbeing.

Further Sai Baba was not mentioned in any Hindu Scripture anywhere. Anyone claiming to start a sect surely needs a follower like you to sustain.

Britain is rather more secular country with almost 45% people not believing in God. It is good to respect your culture but it is foolish to be blinded by faith so much that you can't even use your brain.

“We godless lack that certainty, and we know the world is a complex place that requires compromise and is not ruled by a moral force — virtue is subject to negotiation, and is found in working together with others to find mutually satisfactory solutions. Good is not absolute, it is an emergent property that arises from successful networks of individuals. It is also something that is measured by evidence: we look at the good that people do, not the promises that they make and never keep, or the lies that dovetail nicely into dogma. Competence is a virtue. Intent is meaningless without action.”

I do not want to hurt any Sai Baba believers here in Sajha. But after watching the video clips I felt that Sai Baba is a dishonest magician because he does magic but does not confess doing so unlike real magicians tell that they simply perform the magic. Clearly, in a vidoe he did not even open his mouth enough to get the golden object out of his mouth; there is no doubt that the object was already in his hand wrapped by a cloth piece; but he claimed that he produced it from his mouth and his follower believe it. Having said that, I think he is a good person and has inspired many people to achieve success, helped treat diseased people and helped achieved peace of mind, etc.

To All Believers

Just because we don't yet understand something, does that mean it's magical?

To surrender to ignorance and call it God has always been premature, and it remains premature today.

You do not seem to undesrtand the full extent of my story. Put yourself in my shoes. For more than 2 decades, I've sat on the floor with my legs crossed and chanting millions of "Hindi" Vhajans, even though deep inside of me there was the sense of discomfort, disbelief and uncomfortableness, while being pressured by families/friends by their never ending "Ohm Sai Ram" greetings. I think I'm entitled for few "F" words after going through all those trauma of wasted years. So for you to say "dhero aakrosit hunu pardaina" is simply disregard to my story, it is easy for you to say.

"Change yourself first and others will follow" re....I'm telling you my story where I've changed my faith going againt my family beliefs, I think it is atleast a small change. What about you? Easy to say things.

Look, I've nothing against you and your faith. Choose whatever suits you. I hope your hard earn cash (where ever you are) that you sent to your parents goes to Puttaparthi, maybe towards the budget for their toilet paper, may your names be engraved on each sheet of the roll, may your parents see more miracles at his Ashram. Good luck.

For all those who are mezmerized by a simple tricks, these videos might helpful. Be sure to see all the video. Please do share them with your parents. Magic is a perfectly explainable art which deals with human perception and psychological aspects with well designed gears and lots of practise.

I went through comments, posted my comments as well..but folks did not seem to have got my point, rather most of them presenting unitary thought, for and naturally against Sai baba. Some of them treated me as if I favor sai ram. some think follower of sai  are just some kind of shit minded innocent and those who does not believe his are " the most intelligent erudite".

Some one however has rightly said " doing good deed does not take away from the fact of him being cheap magician"- I agree 100%. It does not and it should not. Nor I am at the any stage of denial that he is not a magician, HE IS and HE IS NOT A GOD OR ANYKIND THAT IS FOR SURE.

But again, big BUT, why he is being ONLY attacked, by mostly WESTERN MEDIA. Vatican where most rape cases happen, often linked wtih popes and bishops, why those things are not brought into public notice and talked about? Trying to put things into persepective here, if sai's and follower of sai's have done some good work or yeilded some good results in the society ( society which is made cheaters, hypocrites , criminals..along with some good people) you should have audacity to accolade those activities. If you look at otherside of the worl, where millions are being killed in wars, millions are victim of HIV, millions are victim of criminals, millions are deprived from food /health and shelter...then if SAIISM has yeilded some good, do you have the capacity to overlook his flaw or not? that is only my point. You people tend to present your argument as if you think 100% pure and as if you are milk bathed-

As for him being alleged as pedhophile or some sort of sexual abuser, well you can not prove just because some white guy appears in documentary and alleged him. HE MAY BE OR MAY NOT BE, BUT YOU NEED TO PROVE IT. you can also make COUNTER ARGUMENT.

I dont have any concern whether sai baba is god or not. He has done some good things to people which i think is good aspect of him. But my concern is why these western Media have concern towards him or hindu religion. I was watching T.V...a national  television chanell of US had some religous programme goin on...They were fully attacking other religion. One guy was telling a story about a man who was drowning in a ocean and was shouting for help. According to him, he prayed ALLAH to rescue him. Then some hindu gods to resucue him. But  he got no help. He ,finally, prayed jesus and ,acording to that guy,as soon as he said the name of Jesus,he came out of water and he got his life back...Atleast hindus dont say bad to other religion even  though they think they are superior than others.

Hey Kanchu!: Lok at least he is a magician.. there's red hand evidence of it with high-tech cameras these days... so no doubt about that... May be he is screwing your ass badly.. but because of his magics you are not aware of... the leaves in the tree would not move without wind...  So insert the toothbrush into your own ass.. and brush your teeth.. and probably with his magic you will get the free laal Dhanta Manjan Daabar Chhap Manjan... blind faith only leads to your ass being screwed by that Baba... ha ha ha

Good video, I am always a believer of conspiration theories.(Yes, Bush Planned the whole 9/11)  hehe. I will tell you my story: I was so-so believer in Sai Baba until I went to Puttaparti for first time in 2003. I used to study in Bangalore 3 hrs away from Puttaparti. My parents were in the city and they wanted to go, so I went with them. There was a grading system in what type of lodging you get once you are inside the so called-ashram again a disparity. However we got one of the best lodging (foreigner so called: My parents had a US visa in their passport which counted us as a foreigner- ridiculous right. anyways we were a foreigner haha). The next morning we woke up really early and went to the stage after about a 30 mins wait in line. So we were waiting there, with so many other people from 5 am till about 8 am. I was ofcourse somehow at the very back of the stage and when Sai baba showed up, I was only able to see him from far. I didn't even see what he did, he was there for about 15 mins or so and then he was gone and thats it..... You know the interesting thing is, the best time I had in that trip was from 5 am to 8am that morning when I was waiting for sai baba. The whole environment was very pleasing and energetic. Everybody were chanting and sitting on a cold tiled floor and the soft breeze blowing on you(the stage had pillar without the walls), and perfect moment for meditation, right before the actual sunrise. I enjoyed everymoment of it and there comes Sai baba and 15 mins of walking around and thats it. I thought to myself, I can't believe in someone who walks around and does some trick and claims himself as a God. After that day, I totally lost my faith on him/her, and I never put the ash on my forehead after that day. Interestingly, I visited the Ashram once again a year later and also went to the ashram in Whitefield(Bangalore), not to see him but to experience the same feeling of meditation and I still like it. I told this to my Kannad (People from Bangalore Karnataka) friend and they all laughed at me and said that not many people in Bangalore believe in Sai Baba and most of them thought he was a fraud, but also they were surprised how we knew him from Nepal and became his avid follower. However, I have no hard feeling towards the followers of Sai Baba as if it matters hehe. Anyways God bless you all. Also if you get time go to Tirupati Balaji, really amazing place to visit.
