1. Small scale Farming option- (Goat Farming, Sheep Farming) 2. Growing Vegetables- (Seasonal Vegetables- Potato, Cauliflower, Tomato) 3. Mushroom, Ginger Farming 4. Grains- (Rice) - (Just heard in news, we are importing rice from India.) 4. Meat Shop (Fresh Meat Shop with high Quality) 5. Invest in Small hotels (Most of the remote hotels are damaged because of earthquake.)

Farming is not recommended. Most young are out of country and only old people, women and children remained. Labor cost is higher than your expectation. I have couple bigha lands no one is willing to work or contract even for little money. हामि बावुसाब भै सक्यौ , सहर देखि गाउ सम्म का !

Magorkhey I like farming and own a huge plot in terai, but there is no good return of investment/ labor in that sector. Have to compete with cheap indian produces. People don't care if the produce is local or not. Besides, as you pointed out, it's very hard to find people to work in farms. Nepalese are saukhin. Otherwise I had a prospect of organic farming too. Bottomline: No farming. Ohio Thanks for your input. But I am looking for little more than those ideas.

@seeker77: It's not difficult to come up with ideas. Ideas are worth nothing unless executed. They are just a multiplier. Execution is worth millions.
A few of them:
- Fine Arts Dealer
- Food Delivery
- Wholesaling
- Green Energy Consulting
- Job Training Service
- Financial Consulting
- Services for Seniors
- Event Management
- Rental Service
- Private-label Product

Creative idea is what needed for any entrepreneurship and starting a new business. Its hard to create a completely new venture. You can choose any existing venture and use your creative idea to add value into it in terms of service, product-both tangible and intangible, and utilize the various tools for technological advancement. It depends on how you package your idea into a business model and execute your plan. Take risk in doing something different and compete in the market place with all marketing philosophy. Your idea should be sell-able and generate enough revenue at least at break-even for some period, or even sustain some loss but keep track of the trend that your venture will eventually become a cash cow in a long run. So, your small investment will attract bigger venture capitalist and things roll out. May be you will become a successful entrepreneur one day. have you heard about the owner of KFC and his struggle and success story ?

If you have huge land , that is great. But your two hands are not enough. You need labors as needed as well a resonate price.
