International Nepali Literary Society Canada Chapter Ottawa please to invite all of you to celebrate the 96th Laxmi Prasad Devkota's birthday. There will be a poem contest among the elementary and highschool aged students .All the guests are invited to recite your poems on that program. The program will be on the following date and venue.
